All install wiring/workmanship is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle. This installation warranty is non-transferable and will be void when vehicle ownership has changed. If a non-General Communication employee changes or alters installation/workmanship; our installation warranty will be voided.
In a case where the installation wiring/workmanship has failed, that failure will be fixed at no charge to our customers at any of our three locations. All warranty repairs must be done at one of our locations. If repair is required at customer’s location, customer will be charged trip/travel charges. However repair labor will be free.
All products purchased from General Communications are warrantied through the manufacturer and vary per item from one to five years.
If a part or piece of equipment fails under warranty, we will replace or repair it through the manufacturer for the customer. However, since we are not responsible for defective parts, there may be a small labor charge for removing the bad parts and reinstalling the new parts.
