General Communications currently has 18 Service Techs and 11 Installation Techs. Our Service team together brings over 150 years of combined experience. With our Install team bringing close to over 100 years of combined experience.
We recruit installation and service techs with a wide range of skills. The experience gained from the military, building custom vehicles, a wide range of educational degree programs, and decades of industry experience.
We strive to hire people who have worked within the industries we serve. They have intimate knowledge of situations and what the end used truly needs.
General Communications offers a wide range of maintenance agreements. Each agreement can be customized to fit the individual needs of our customers.
We pride ourselves on providing fast, knowledgeable, and reliable service 24 hours a day to both our maintenance agreement and trunk system customers. Our service technicians are responsible and dependable. If there is a problem with one of our towers or customer’s equipment, we can send someone to the site quickly.
Our large bay building grants us the option to uplift vehicles of all sizes indoor all year, no matter the weather.
Our extremely skilled installation team can create installation solutions for any piece of equipment in any vehicle. We have become a one-stop-shop for local and national government agencies, military units, and of course, police and fire department across the state.
