GenComm Expands with a New Facility in Johnsburg, Illinois
At GenComm, our commitment to delivering cutting-edge communication solutions and top-tier service to our customers has always been at the forefront of our mission. We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey, as we have recently acquired a brand-new facility at 2510 Hiller Ridge, Johnsburg, IL 60050. This state-of-the-art building, which our McHenry location officially moved into on October 23, marks an important moment in our growth and ability to better serve our valued clients in Northern Illinois and beyond.
The new GenComm facility is a bigger and better space. Boasting over 17,000 square feet of space, it is a substantial upgrade from our previous location. Our new facility allows us to better serve our customers, especially in Northern Illinois, in several ways:
Training Excellence: The larger space enables us to host training sessions for both our staff and customers. Staying at the forefront of technology is vital in the dynamic world of communication solutions, and these sessions will ensure that everyone is well-educated on our latest products and services.
Expanded Services: Starting in January 2024, we will be providing vehicle upfitting and installations at this location. While we already provide this service at our other locations, our previous building had space restrictions that prevented us from providing this service in Northern Illinois. This addition to our service offerings helps us better provide comprehensive solutions that meet our customers’ needs from end to end.
Cutting-Edge Technology: Our new facility features upgraded tech workstations. This investment allows our team to work more efficiently and effectively, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological advancements in our industry.
Complex Project Execution: With this larger and more modern facility, we can now tackle larger and more complex projects. This development is instrumental in our ability to meet the evolving demands of our clients and provides them with a wider range of solutions for their communication needs.
