Rick Wrycza has spent 30 years with Payne and Dolan, a Walbec company known for its work in stone and asphalt production, engineering, and construction management. As plant foreman at WLS East Quarry in Waukesha, Rick oversees operations that play a critical role in supplying the construction industry.
